The Solution
Together with TGN Energy, C. Christoffersen has implemented a smart and future-proof energy system built around second-life car batteries, which now serve as advanced energy storage combined with solar panels from Isola Solar. At the core is TGN FlexControl, supported by TGN Aggregate, enabling optimal coordination of all assets. This ensures that energy is used and stored efficiently, while OptE optimizes electricity prices behind the meter to significantly reduce energy costs. The system also integrates geothermal heating and expanded EV charging, all developed in close collaboration with Skagrak Energi.
